Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights – Health Product Analytics to lead analytics for Health Savings Account and Health & Wellness offerings within Workplace Investing Technology Data Analytics and Insights.

You will deliver reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to help scale growth. The role requires 6+ years of analytics experience, a quantitative degree, and strong skills in SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI, and measurement practices; you will

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions
• Degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus
• In depth knowledge in analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, measurement and reporting
• Experience with data environments and knowledge in querying languages and/or querying applications
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
• Strong ability to leverage data to drive better business decisions using statistical and tech approaches
• Solid understanding of A/B/N testing, DOE, measurement and recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in strategy development and opportunity assessment
• Working knowledge of analytics technologies (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake)
• Ability to acquire data from multiple sources and transform it for analytics
• Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills
• Ability to perform data-driven deep-dive analyses to test ideas for digital and non-digital experiences
• Experience creating analytics learning agendas and measurement plans
• Ability to adapt when priorities change
• Data visualization and storytelling capabilities
