Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager for Advanced Data Analytics & Insights in Healthcare Analytics. You will lead analytics initiatives across Health Savings Accounts and Health & Welfare solutions, delivering dashboards and strategic insights to influence product development, client outcomes, and participant engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering analytics and insights that drive business outcomes.
• Quantitative degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA/MS a plus.
• Knowledge of analytics methodologies: profiling, data mining, statistics, predictive modeling, measurement and reporting.
• Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication with ability to translate findings into business recommendations.
• Experience with large-scale data environments and querying languages.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R and modern data tools for analytics and visualization.
• Ability to apply advanced analytical techniques to solve business challenges (causal analysis, forecasting, A/B testing, attribution).
• Excellent problem-solving and strategy development capabilities.
• Passion for data storytelling and creating compelling visualizations to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that inform strategy.
• Support initiatives across acquisition, retention, and customer value measurement.
• Develop measurement plans and analytics roadmaps for Fidelity Health offerings.
• Partner with product, technology, and business teams to drive data-driven decisions.
