Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Stock Plan Services Customer Solutions team. You will partner with product leaders, technology, operations, and compliance to define, analyze, and deliver scalable business solutions for SPS products and services.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, gathering requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and supporting validation and post-deployment support to optimize processes and outcomes.

Job Summary

The Product Analyst will be a key member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization, partnering with Product Leaders, stakeholders, Technology teams, Operations, and Compliance partners to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions that support SPS products and services. The role will identify business needs, define solution requirements, lead discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, and translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. The analyst will also support solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement initiatives to deliver scalable organizational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis activities, including developing detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution designs
• Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making
• Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support
• Identify business needs and translate complex business challenges into actionable and scalable solutions
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure business and technology partner needs are accurately represented throughout solution development and delivery
• Support process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement initiatives
