All Cares is a small group building software for private wealth and governance, seeking a hands-on product manager to own requirements for WealthComply and coordinate AI tooling. You bring a B2B and compliance/finance background and can translate needs into engineer-ready specifications.

You will lead standups, manage release readiness, and support onboarding and demos across products, shaping the group’s product direction in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product management with B2B and compliance/finance background.
• Able to write requirements for engineers and AI agents.
• Experience running standups and guiding release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Become the FATCA/CRS authority from primary sources.
• Run standups, own release readiness, and support onboarding and demos.
• Support cross-product coordination and stakeholder communication.
