Job summary
Quest Analytics LLC is seeking a Product Manager for Compliance & Operational Efficiency to translate complex healthcare problems into actionable product work. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Sales to deliver solutions that streamline compliance and improve operational efficiency for health plans.
You will lead discovery, map workflows, and drive execution from idea to market, aiming to reduce friction and accelerate value for customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Healthcare product technology experience is required.
- Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize product capabilities supporting Quest Analytics' healthcare compliance solutions.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product work.
- Translate business and customer problems into clear context for Engineering and drive execution.
- Lead through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring measurable value.
