Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive data-driven product development within the CARD DATA OWNERS area. You will leverage user research, analyze metrics, and collaborate across a leading financial organization to deliver innovative data products and features that delight customers and partners.

You will work with business analysts, engineers, and product leaders to translate requirements into technical specs and to ensure data governance and quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in API-first product design and data governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis.
