JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Product Associate in Consumer & Community Banking, Card Data, to drive product development using user research and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings, influencing the customer experience across our card data products.

You will work with the CCB Data & Analytics team to translate insights into strategy, metrics, and tangible features, while partnering with product

Qualificações

3+ years in product management or related field
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and ML/LLM models
Understanding of the product development life cycle
Experience with discovery and requirements definition
Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Responsabilidades

Partner with the Product Manager to identify opportunities through user research and discovery
Plan upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the development life cycle
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
