Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate for the Benefits Experience team to drive continuous product innovation and deliver customer-focused features for Card member and Commerce Benefits.

You will write Agile user stories, groom backlogs, partner with Scrum teams, and coordinate with business, design, and technology partners to prioritize delivery.

This role emphasizes collaboration, fast-paced execution, and a strong eye for detail in a dynamic digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience with Agile product development techniques and practices, including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Ability to influence and partner across product, technology, data and design.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements in Jira to align with customer and business priorities.
• Work with Scrum teams to create requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans with partners.
• Lead workstreams with partners across strategy, product, design, technology, finance, controls, ops, and marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of user insights and journeys to refine backlog.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and partnerships.
