Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty products, driving performance and supporting strategic initiatives. The role partners with Product Managers and the Actuarial team to plan large-scale projects and document system workflows.

You will develop analytical strategies, identify data enhancements, and compile materials for rate filings, while communicating insights to business stakeholders and promoting PEMCO’s mission to worry

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytical roles with scale and complexity
• Experience pricing insurance products or similar data work
• Experience integrating and manipulating large data files from multiple sources
• Organizes data visually and presents to senior management
• Knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects with support
• Document complex workflows and business processes
• Develop and implement analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial team
• Identify data enhancements and efficiency gains in data strategy
• Compile materials for rate filings
• Communicate analysis to stakeholders and translate insights into actions
