Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO’s initiatives. You will partner with Product Managers and the Actuarial team to develop analytical strategies and build dashboards that track product success.

The role involves planning large projects, documenting workflows, compiling materials for rate filings, and communicating insights to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field is required
• 3 years of P&C insurance industry experience required
• 6+ years in analytics roles with pricing experience and large data manipulation

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects with support
• Document complex workflows and business processes
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success
• Compile and submit materials for rate filings
