Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to perform complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty products. You will partner with Product Managers and Actuarial teams to improve product performance and support initiatives.

You will plan large projects, document workflows, develop analytical strategies, and build dashboards to track product success and drive data-driven pricing decisions. Occasional travel to headquarters in Seattle may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years in property and casualty insurance required.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing experience and large data manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects with support.
• Document complex workflows and business processes.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial team.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success.
• Submit materials for rate filings and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Build efficiencies in data strategy and warehousing.
