Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a Product Analyst to bring clarity, insight, and momentum to our fast-paced product org. You will connect raw data to business decisions, uncovering what works and what doesn’t within our funnels, to improve customer experience through structured analysis and reliable reporting.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, maintain the analytics catalog, and lead investigations into funnel performance and experiment learnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in product analytics, product operations, or growth roles.
• Experience in analytics at a fintech or e-commerce company.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making.
• Strong SQL skills to write data, validate, and troubleshoot queries.
• Proficiency in at least one analytics visualization tool (Looker/Tableau/Amplitude).
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and interpreting A/B test results.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for presenting data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize user behavior across product funnels and propose improvements.
• Partner with product managers to track outcomes against hypotheses.
• Socialize funnel insights with cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering.
• Lead weekly reporting of key funnel metrics and product analytics updates.
• Own and evolve the product analytics catalog for structured data.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to share insights and plan work.
