Job summary

Zip Co is seeking a Product Analyst to bring clarity and momentum to our product org. You will connect raw data to business decisions, uncovering what’s working within our product funnels and helping improve customer experience through structured analysis and reliable reporting.

You’ll partner with product, design, and engineering to drive insights, build measurement frameworks, and evolve our analytics catalog for scalable decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced training a plus.
• 2+ years in product analytics, growth, or product operations.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connective tissue between data and business decisions.
• Scrutinize funnels and generate recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Partner with PMs to track outcomes against hypotheses.
• Lead weekly funnel analytics and ensure accessible data catalogs.
• Maintain and socialize insights with cross-functional teams.
