Zip Co Limited is seeking a Senior Data Analyst II to shape analytics for new financial products, driving data-informed decisions from launch through growth. You will own analytics powering Zip’s growth bets, partnering with senior leaders across Product, Finance, Risk, and Operations to define metrics, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that influence product direction.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, BI or a related analytical discipline.
• Deep SQL expertise and demonstrated experience designing efficient analytical solutions across large datasets.
• Advanced experience with dbt and data modeling, including building scalable, reusable data models.
• Advanced experience with Tableau or comparable BI platforms for scalable reporting and visualization.
• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services analytics is highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, ambiguous analytical initiatives from problem definition through analysis and impact.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong business acumen connecting product analytics to revenue, unit economics, retention, and risk across portfolios.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end analytics for Zip's new product lines from opportunity sizing to post-launch performance.
• Define success metrics and build reporting frameworks for new products.
• Develop understanding of customer funnel and lifecycle, including eligibility, application, approval, repayment and retention.
