Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a Product Analyst to connect data with business decisions, improving customer experience and accelerating the growth of new fintech products from exploration to scale.

You will partner with product managers, design, and engineering to analyze funnels, run A/B tests, and deliver reliable reporting. Join a remote-first US-based team with optional Manhattan office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics).
• 2+ years of experience in product analytics, product operations, or growth roles.
• Experience in analytics at fintech or e-commerce, driving funnel opportunities.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights for decision-making.
• Strong SQL skills to write data, validate, and troubleshoot queries.
• Proficiency in at least one analytics visualization tool (Looker/Tableau/Amplitude).
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and interpreting AB test results.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; experience presenting data to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with catalogs and documentation that scale.
• Curious, collaborative, and comfortable with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize user behavior across product funnels to generate improvement recommendations.
• Partner with product managers on top initiatives to track outcomes against hypotheses.
• Socialize funnel insights with cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering.
• Lead weekly reporting of key funnel metrics and analytics updates; investigate discrepancies.
• Own and evolve the product analytics catalog for structured, decision-ready data.
• Collaborate with the broader analytics team and Zip’s data organization.
