Zusammenfassung

PEMCO seeks a Senior Product Analyst to conduct advanced quantitative analysis of property & casualty products, supporting PEMCO’s initiatives and product strategy. The role partners with Product Managers and the Actuarial team to optimize pricing, data strategy, and performance insights.

Responsibilities include planning complex projects, documenting workflows, and communicating actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in analytics roles with pricing insurance products or similar.
• Experience integrating and manipulating large data files from multiple sources.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL and data modeling; ability to write complex queries.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects with support.
• Document complex system workflows and business processes.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial teams.
• Identify enhancements in data strategy, data warehousing, and methodology.
• Prepare materials for rate filings and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform complex analyses to track product performance and recommend improvements.
• Align with PEMCO policies and support the PEMCO Brand.
