Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products, partnering with Product Managers and Actuarial teams. You will drive insights from large data sets, guide rate filings, and shape data strategy for improved product performance.

The role requires deep analytical capabilities, strong SQL and visualization skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders while aligning with PEMCO's values and mission.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative field
• ~6+ years of analytical experience in pricing insurance or similar data-intensive work
• Experience integrating and manipulating large data files from multiple sources
• Strong data visualization and communication skills in group settings
• Proficiency in SQL queries and data modeling

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects with support.
• Document complex system workflows and business processes.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial teams.
• Identify data strategy enhancements and efficiency gains in warehousing and data fields.
• Compile materials for rate filings and present analysis to stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on trend analyses and data insights.
• Uphold PEMCO policies, values, and ethics in all analyses.
• Support PEMCO brand and talent acquisition initiatives.
