BlackCloak, Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Enablement & Adoption Manager to own the post-sale launch process and drive adoption across member programs. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to rollout initiatives and educate our enterprise clients on all features and services.

The role emphasizes strong writing, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel about once a month. Cybersecurity experience is a plus for engaging executive clients.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product marketing, customer enablement, or a similar role.
• A track record of launches that drove real adoption.
• Confidence presenting to enterprise-level clients.
• Strong writing skills and comfort with data.
• Willingness to travel (about once a month).
• Nice to have: experience in cybersecurity and/or with executive clients.
