Job summary

BlackCloak is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to translate product direction into shipped features across mobile, desktop, and cloud.

You will own PRDs, generate downstream stories, and work within an AI-enabled product pipeline. You will lead prototypes, collaborate with platform, mobile, security engineering, Customer Success and Design to ensure new features fit the product, and communicate risks and progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience across mobile, desktop, and cloud.
• Hands-on experience building applications and turning ideas into working prototypes; software engineering background is a plus.
• Clear technical writing; able to explain complex concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Pendo, and AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT).
• Strong technical skills with business savvy to interface with all levels in the organization.
• Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision and accountability.
• Customer-focused problem understanding and making value-driven calls.

Responsibilities

• Write PRDs with requirements precise enough for downstream design and stories.
• Build prototypes of new ideas to test before full development.
• Apply AI across research, delivery, and day-to-day management.
• Collaborate with platform, mobile, security engineering, Customer Success and Design to fit features into products.
• Flag progress, roadblocks, and risks early to stakeholders.
