Job summary

Arrive Logistics in Austin, TX is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage daily operations across existing and new client accounts. You will build loads, schedule appointments, track shipments, and provide timely updates to customers and carriers while collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong attention to detail, superb communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Proven commitment and work ethic in school or work setting.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to take instructions and execute with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board daily with data entry, load building, scheduling, and load closeout to ensure execution.
• Build loads accurately and timely for customer accounts.
• Obtain pickup/delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within customer networks.
• Provide proactive, timely updates to carrier reps and customer contacts.
• Communicate delays proactively and coordinate resolution.
