Job summary

The role supports negotiation, renewal optimization, demand management, and process re-engineering. The position requires managing cross-functional teams, delivering governance frameworks, and growing the practice year over year while achieving strong CSAT results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management position; demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers with executive-level discussions.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Analyze data to generate insights and governance frameworks for savings.
• Lead portions of the procurement delivery team and foster continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and cross-sell opportunities when possible.
• Develop and deliver sales tools and training to communicate value to clients.
