Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements and a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

You will drive negotiation support, application rationalization, renewal optimization, demand management, vendor consolidation, and process re-engineering. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration with executive-level stakeholders to deliver savings, governance, and scalable

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility customer engagements.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive-level discussions with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Support complex vendor negotiations focused on spend reduction and optimization of contractual terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and generate actionable insights to drive savings and governance.
• Support leadership in managing portions of the procurement delivery team and foster a culture of excellence.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development to grow the practice and satisfy customers.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams across the workstream and support cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Oversee the development and delivery of sales tools, resources, and training to strengthen understanding of SHI’s value.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, partners, and delivery resources to drive success.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks through risk management strategies and contingency planning.
• Report on performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership with recommendations.
