You will support negotiations, renewal optimization, demand management, and governance frameworks, while collaborating across workstreams and driving customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value for SHI and its clients, with travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive-level discussions with strong analytical focus.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to generate insights for savings and governance.
• Support leadership in managing portions of the procurement delivery team.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development to grow the practice.
• Lead cross-functional teams and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee development and delivery of sales tools, resources, and training.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with comprehensive risk management.
• Report on performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
