Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements and a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

You will guide executive-level discussions, manage vendor negotiations, and deliver actionable insights to realize savings and governance across customer programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of consulting and managing relationships with large enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management position.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery and guide executive discussions.
• Support vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Analyze data and generate insights for savings and governance.
• Lead portions of the procurement delivery team and foster improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and explore cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop sales tools, resources, and training for SHI and clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with contingency planning.
• Report performance and initiatives to senior leadership.
