Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements and guide a delivery team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

You will drive negotiation support, application rationalization, renewal optimization, demand management, and vendor consolidation. You will oversee cross-functional workstreams, develop governance frameworks, and deliver insights that realize savings while strengthening CSAT and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5-7 years of consulting/management experience with large enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience leading enterprise‑scale or high‑visibility customer engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive-level discussions.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Analyze data to identify savings and establish governance frameworks.
• Manage portions of the procurement delivery team to foster excellence.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop sales tools and training to demonstrate SHI's value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with contingency strategies.
• Report performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

5-7 years of consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises

3+ years of experience in a management position

Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale or high‑visibility customer engagements

Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events

Ability to travel up to 15%
