Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements and guide a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

You will oversee negotiations, data-driven savings, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with senior clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include delivering procurement solutions, driving spend reductions, and building scalable processes and training to grow the practice while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5-7 years of consulting and enterprise relationship management experience.
• 3+ years in a management role with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers and guide executive discussions.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to enable savings and governance.
• Support leadership in managing portions of the procurement delivery team.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and support cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales tools, resources, and training programs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with risk management strategies.
• Report performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
