Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Procurement Agent II to support procurement from quotation to delivery, working with Project Management and Field personnel, and utilizing ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field, 2–5 years of purchasing experience in the electrical sector, and strong customer service skills as well as supplier negotiations.

Role involves limited travel (<10%), standard 7 AM–5 PM hours, on-site duties, and opportunities for professional growth within the Procurement team in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or relevant field.
• 2-5 years of Purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or other relevant business.
• Travel: Less than 10%, with limited periodic travel to different office locations.
• Work schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support from quotation to delivery.
• Create, verify and edit purchase orders or contracts.
• Coordinate material/equipment deliveries and assist with vendor negotiations.
• Identify and contact potential vendors for bids or quotes.
