Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Agent II to provide end-to-end procurement support from quotation through delivery. You will work closely with Project Management and Field personnel, handling RFI/RFP/RFQ activities when relevant and analyzing quotations for total value.

The role requires a basic knowledge of electrical construction and purchasing procedures, with strong PC and MS Office skills. Some travel is expected, and the schedule is typically 7 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or relevant trade program.
• 2–5 years of Purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or relevant business.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite; basic ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicates issues/concerns/delays/opportunities to stakeholders.
• Proactively resolves material/supplier issues that may disrupt projects or relationships.
• Expedites supplier shipments, deliveries, and/or pickups as appropriate.
• Applies contract pricing to purchase materials and negotiates supplier agreements.
• Maintains effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
