Job summary

FTI is seeking a Procurement Agent II responsible for providing comprehensive procurement support from quotation through delivery. This role entails excellent customer service to Project Management and Field personnel, handling RFI/RFP/RFQ activities, and analyzing quotations.

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in purchasing. Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or other relevant business.
• Basic knowledge of electrical construction trade and purchasing procedures.
• Ability to read nonverbal communication and adjust communication style.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support from quotation to delivery.
• Negotiate and obtain quotes for materials and rental equipment.
• Proactively resolve material/supplier issues.
