Job summary

Faith Technologies provides engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy solutions and seeks a Procurement Agent II to support the procurement process from quotation through delivery. You will coordinate material and equipment deliveries, work with Project Management and Field personnel, and help identify qualified vendors.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in purchasing with basic electrical industry knowledge and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or other relevant business.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures, processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Procurement support from quotation to delivery.
• Assist with RFI/RFP/RFQ activities as relevant.
• Create, verify and edit purchase/rental orders, contracts or requests and submit to suppliers.
