Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Agent II in Alabama to support quotation through delivery using our purchasing systems.

You will interact with Project Management and Field teams, handle RFI/RFP/RFQ activities where applicable, and identify vendor options to meet project needs. The role calls for an Associate's degree and 2–5 years' purchasing experience in the electrical sector, with travel under 10% and a Monday–Friday 7 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or relevant trade/industry technical program.
Experience: 2–5 years of Purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or other relevant business.
Travel: Less than 10%, with limited periodic travel to different FTI office/jobsite locations.
Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Proactively communicates issues/concerns/delays/opportunities to stakeholders; resolves material/supplier issues.
Prepares purchase orders using established purchasing procedures; establishes bill of materials with specifications.
Negotiates and obtains quotes; supports supplier agreements/contracts; analyzes data.
Collaborates across departments to coordinate deliveries and inventory; maintains supplier relationships.
Uses ERP/Procure-to-Pay processes; monitors inventory levels and expedites as needed.
