Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Procurement Agent II to support quotations through delivery, coordinating material and vendor interactions. The role requires 2–5 years in purchasing within electrical or related industries, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP/PO systems.

Applicants should be prepared for <10% travel, and will work 7 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime. A relevant Associate's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 2–5 years of Purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or similar.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office; experience with PO/ERP systems.
• Travel is <10%; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides procurement support from quotation to delivery and services.
• Coordinate material/equipment deliveries and review supplier performance.
• Identify vendors, solicit quotes, and negotiate terms and pricing.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and BOMs.
• Expedite deliveries and maintain effective customer communication.
• Apply contract pricing and perform basic data analysis.
• Utilize ERP/Procure-to-Pay processes and keep stakeholders informed.
