Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, 1 year of electrical estimating (or equivalent trade experience), and travel up to 20% for project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year electrical estimating experience, or 5 years electrical trade + 1 year estimating experience.
• Travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Identifies and generates new business. Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Oversees electrical construction projects to ensure safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Participates in staffing, meetings, and performance reviews with Workforce and Talent teams.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to accelerate work processes.
• Mentors and develops junior managers and team leads.
