Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Procurement Agent II to support procurement activities from quotation to delivery, coordinating with Project Management and Field personnel to ensure timely and accurate orders.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field and 2–5 years of purchasing experience in the electrical industry. Travel is under 10% and the schedule is 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 2–5 years purchasing/Buying experience in electrical industry or related business.
• Travel less than 10%, with limited travel to different office/jobsite locations.
• Hours 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support from quotation to delivery using current systems and processes.
• Prepare purchase orders using established purchasing procedures.
• Coordinate material deliveries and assist with supplier communications.
• Identify, qualify and contact potential vendors; negotiate quotes and terms.
• Support Project Management and Field personnel with procurement needs.
