Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations to manage vendor onboarding and optimize the purchasing lifecycle. You will guide vendors and internal stakeholders through onboarding requirements, coordinate reviews, maintain accurate data, and resolve issues that delay requests.

This role emphasizes improving Zip and related systems, testing changes, and supporting automation and reporting. A strong systems mindset and the ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in procure-to-pay or vendor operations.
• Experience managing vendor onboarding or lifecycle processes.
• Ability to document requirements and test system changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding from submission to completion.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and audit trails.
