Vanta is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to guide purchasing decisions, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships across software, marketing, real estate, and services. You will drive fair pricing using data and previous deals while building scalable processes for a high-volume procure-to-pay workflow.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape procurement strategy, scale operations, and reduce risk in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement or procurement operations.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts (commercial terms & legal).
• Experience with procurement/expense platforms like Zip, Ramp, Navan.
• Knowledge of third‑party risk and procure‑to‑pay processes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with internal teams to understand their needs, guide purchasing decisions, lead negotiations, and help them make informed choices
• Lead vendor engagements from early conversations through signed contracts
• Use data and past deals to drive fair pricing while building strong, long‑term vendor relationships
• Build and improve simple, scalable processes that help teams move quickly and make good decisions
• Own and improve the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay process so it runs smoothly at scale
• Keep vendor relationships organized, including contracts, renewals, and performance tracking
• Support spend across key areas including software, marketing, real estate, and professional services
• Work with the Head of Procurement to shape how Procurement works at Vanta
• Adapt as the business grows by evolving processes to meet current needs while planning for what’s ahead
