Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to help build the analytics foundation powering one of the fastest growing procurement teams in North America. This early-career role offers ownership from day one, building tools, dashboards, and data pipelines the team relies on.

You will work with the Manager of Procurement Data & Analytics and Aimpoint Digital, contributing to Snowflake, Sigma, and core enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• Proficiency in SQL; write and troubleshoot queries.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and basic data pipelines.
• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain procurement dashboards and reports in Sigma across spend analytics, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
• Support OFCI tracking workflows in Sigma to improve forecast visibility and milestone tracking.
• Answer ad hoc data requests from category managers and leadership with clean, repeatable analyses.
• Maintain data pipelines and quality across Snowflake; ensure data from NetSuite, Procore, and others is accurate.
