Job summary

DAT Freight & Analytics seeks a Senior Manager of Procurement and Vendor Management to own the entire Procure-to-Pay function across DAT. You will design and stand up modern procurement infrastructure and governance, leading a team including a Procurement Ops Manager and Procurement Specialist.

You will drive P2P within NetSuite, lead vendor strategy, and integrate a CLM platform with Tropic workflows, ensuring risk is managed early and cost synergies are realized across four acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing within a high-growth SaaS or software environment.
• Proven experience leading a CLM implementation and partnering on major ERP/P2P system design.
• Comfortable reading and negotiating complex commercial contract language independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the procurement and vendor management center of excellence.
• Operationalize Procure-to-Pay workflow inside NetSuite ERP and establish Tropic as spend-tracking system.
• Drive negotiations with technology and indirect spend vendors for optimal terms.
• Lead CLM integration with Tropic workflow in collaboration with Legal/Contracts.
• Direct procurement integration for four acquisitions and identify cost synergies.
• Provide spend visibility to department heads and position procurement as a strategic partner.
