Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed team across non-product categories, including SaaS, hardware, and professional services. You will manage stakeholders, drive transition, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance for both company-funded and USG procurement.

In this hybrid role, you will oversee sourcing, negotiate terms, monitor KPIs, and mentor a hybrid/virtual team, delivering value under market conditions while aligning with legal and procurement

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement/supply chain.
• Experience in USG procurement (FAR/DFARS; T&Cs; flowdowns).
• Experience in change leadership, leading teams through transitions.
• Experience with SAP purchasing tools, including Ariba and enterprise supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Own stakeholder engagement across broad internal customers; assess impact and priorities.
• Set clear service expectations and cadence; align work with urgency and risk.
• Serve as escalation path; resolve issues while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
• Lead customers through scope growth and optimization; enable change and drive adoption.
• Standardize best practices and workflows; share knowledge across teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, IT, and Finance to negotiate terms and close agreements.
