Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed team across non-product categories, including software SaaS, hardware, and professional services. You will be the customer manager and change leader who guides stakeholders through transitions while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• University degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience with 5+ years in procurement.
• 5+ years of professional procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience in USG procurement (FAR/DFARS; T&Cs; flowdowns) and company-funded indirect procurement.
• Experience in change leadership, leading teams through process or operating-model transitions.
• Experience with SAP purchasing tools, including Ariba and enterprise supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Own stakeholder engagement across internal customers; assess impact and prioritize using an intake/SLA framework.
• Set service expectations and run cadences to align work with urgency and risk.
• Serve as the escalation path; resolve issues quickly while maintaining trust.
• Lead customers through scope growth, enablement, and adoption; standardize best practices.
• Supervise sourcing and PO execution across non-product categories; ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, IT, and Finance to negotiate EULAs/SaaS terms and audits.
• Balance speed and compliance amid market dynamics; optimize value under constraints.
