Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed, hybrid team across software, hardware, and services. You will manage internal stakeholder relationships, ensure policy compliance, and drive value through strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.

This role requires US citizenship, deep experience in USG procurement (FAR/DFARS), and a track record of change leadership and KPI-driven performance. Hybrid work options across several US locations are available.

Qualifications

University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years procurement/supply chain experience.
Experience in USG procurement (FAR/DFARS; T&Cs; flowdowns).
Experience with change leadership and leading teams through transitions.
Experience with SAP purchasing tools, including Ariba.

Responsibilities

Own stakeholder engagement across internal customers; assess business impact and set priorities.
Set clear service expectations; align work with urgency and risk.
Serve as escalation path; resolve issues while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
Lead customers through scope growth and optimization; drive adoption.
Standardize best practices; enable knowledge sharing across teams.
Champion continuous improvement using data and feedback.
Supervise sourcing and PO execution across non-product categories; review policy adherence.
Collaborate with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, IT, and Finance to negotiate and close EULAs/SaaS terms and audits.
