Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead the Requisition Services team, ensuring compliant order fulfillment across materials, software, and services. You will guide day-to-day operations and drive improvements while collaborating with internal partners to enable seamless Procure-to-Pay execution.

The role requires strong experience with procurement systems and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA and SRM for job tasks.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and improvement in order fulfillment.
• Validate customer demands for materials, software, and services for accuracy and compliance.
• Prioritize creation and release of compliant requisitions in procurement systems.
• Provide requisition oversight from requisition to payment and invoicing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the procure-to-pay process and resolve issues.
