Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed team in non‑product categories, including software (SaaS/on‑prem, EULAs), hardware, and professional services. You’ll balance priorities, guide stakeholders through transition, and ensure compliance across both company‑funded and U.S.

Government procurement. You will supervise sourcing, drive process improvements, and negotiate complex agreements, all while aligning procurement strategy with business goals in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years procurement experience, advanced degree with 3+ years optional.
• 5+ years procurement/supply chain experience.
• USG procurement experience (FAR/DFARS; T&Cs; flowdowns) and company-funded indirect procurement.
• Change leadership experience leading teams through transitions.
• Experience with SAP purchasing tools, including Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder engagement across internal customers using an intake/SLA framework.
• Set service expectations and cadence to align work with urgency and risk.
• Serve as escalation path and resolve issues while maintaining trust.
• Lead scope growth and enablement; drive adoption and standardized practices.
• Negotiate and close EULAs/SaaS terms; ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Supervise sourcing and PO execution across non-product categories.
• Monitor market dynamics; mitigate risk via alternate sourcing and should-cost analysis.
• Provide daily direction to a hybrid/virtual team; coach and develop talent.
• Track KPIs: PO cycle time, PO throughput, SLA adherence, CSAT, compliance, cost avoidance.
