Job summary
RTX is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the Requisition Services team within Enterprise Services in a hybrid role. The position focuses on automating order fulfillment processes and ensuring compliant, timely procurement across materials, software, and services in Richardson, TX.
You will guide daily operations, collaborate with internal partners, and optimize requisition setup and status communication through the P2P lifecycle using SAP, ARIBA, SRM and related tools.
Qualifications
- University degree required with 5+ years of related experience, or Advanced degree with 3+ years.
- Experience using SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA and SRM to support procurement tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe for data, presentations and documents.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process automation and improvements across order fulfillment.
- Validate material, software, and services demands for completeness and accuracy.
- Determine compliant requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of contractual orders.
- Prioritize creation and release of compliant procurement requisitions in SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA or SRM.
- Provide requisition issuance oversight and communicate status through the procurement cycle.
