Job summary

RTX is hiring for a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed team across non-product categories including software, hardware, and professional services. You will balance priorities, guide stakeholders through transitions, and ensure compliance for both company-funded and US Government procurement.

The role is hybrid, based near Richardson, TX, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder management, change leadership, and contract execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in procurement/supply chain.
Experience in USG procurement (FAR/DFARS; T&Cs; flowdowns) and company-funded indirect procurement.
Experience in change leadership, leading teams/customers through process or operating-model transitions
Experience with SAP purchasing tools, including Ariba and enterprise supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

Own stakeholder engagement across broad internal customers; assess impact and set priorities.
Lead customers through scope growth, enablement, and adoption.
Supervise sourcing and PO execution across non-product categories; review documentation for policy and controls.
Collaborate with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, IT, and Finance to negotiate and close EULAs/SaaS terms, SLAs, DPAs, audits.
Provide daily direction to a hybrid/virtual team and manage KPIs like PO cycle time, CSAT, and cost savings.
