Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Supervisor, Procurement to lead a distributed team across non-product categories, including software (SaaS/on‑prem), hardware, and professional services. You will be the customer manager and change leader, balancing priorities and ensuring compliance across company-funded and USG procurement.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, drive change adoption, standardize workflows, and collaborate with Legal, IT, and Finance to negotiate

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years procurement experience.
• 5+ years procurement/supply chain experience, including USG procurement.
• Experience with SAP purchasing tools (Ariba) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own stakeholder engagement across internal customers and set priorities.
• Lead customers through scope growth and process changes.
• Supervise sourcing and PO execution across non-product categories.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and flowdowns.
• Coach hybrid/virtual team and monitor KPIs.
