Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent education and/or professional procurement experience as specified in the minimum qualifications.
• Experience in procurement of goods, services, or construction-related services.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and management.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and contract packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare specifications and solicitation documents for various procurement methods.
• Evaluate contract awards, modifications, and schedule extensions.
• Monitor contractor performance and advise on corrective actions.
• Possibly supervise fiscal staff when needed.
