Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst in Procurement to support program success by driving procurement execution, supplier management, and data-driven improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services while maintaining compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program managers, engineering, and IPTs, using SAP and other ERP systems to manage orders, monitor performance, and optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or related operations.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business operations.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, negotiation, and award of purchase orders for materials, services, and supplies.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineering, and planning teams to understand demand and execute procurement plans.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, FAR, and DFARS.
