Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote Procurement Senior Analyst to drive the procurement lifecycle across programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance, delivery, and cost effectiveness while advancing key procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities include sourcing strategy, RFQ/RFP management, price/cost analysis, and formal negotiations. You will work with operations, quality, and engineering to align procurement with program objectives and FAR/DFARS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, management, finance or similar leadership roles
• Experience in a SAP-based environment
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs and analyze supplier responses.
• Perform price and cost analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Develop strategies and lead formal negotiations on price, delivery, scope, and terms & conditions.
• Work with internal teams, including operations, quality, and engineering, to align procurement activities with program objectives.
• Place and maintain purchase orders of medium to high complexity, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, corporate policies, and procedures.
• Manage supplier performance to meet key metrics and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the escalation path for stakeholders to address procurement-related concerns.
