Job summary

RTX is seeking a Procurement/Sourcing professional for a remote U.S.-based role. You will lead supplier negotiations, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR, and manage SOW reviews and PIAs/NDAs.

The role requires DoD procurement experience and SAP PRISM/APEX familiarity, with cross-functional collaboration across EXIM, Legal, and leadership. You will evaluate supplier proposals, perform cost and price analyses, and drive post-award performance to meet program milestones in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with and knowledge of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, FAR/DFAR, ITAR.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions and managing supplier contracts.
• Experience with and knowledge of SAP procurement tools (PRISM, APEX) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
• Review SOWs and develop PIAs/NDAs.
• Manage proposals, quotations, and compliance packages.
• Identify, qualify, and perform due diligence on suppliers; seek alternates.
• Conduct cost, price, and best-value analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance aligned with directives.
• Drive supplier engagement to meet critical program milestones.
• Collaborate with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.
